All shipping is free.
Standard delivery is usually 6-9 days from when you order to when you receive it, but this could be longer. Currently, during the Covid-19 situation, postal services around the world are much slower than usual. This isn't something we can control, so we are warning customers that their delivery make take longer than we would normally expect.
Royal Mail 2nd class post can take 3-5 days for delivery, or even longer if there are issues in the postal system or if they have trouble delivering to your address.
We dispatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays. If you order on a Monday or a Thursday, we aim to pack and dispatch your order the same day if we receive your order before 10:00 am.
Once your items are dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your delivery is on its way.
All orders are currently shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class.

We’ll be very happy to help.
We currently ship to UK addresses. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK and Channel Islands.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have not received your order within a sensible time frame. We may need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace, or refund lost items.
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery - Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to do this. Unless the item is faulty, or we have sent the wrong product, you will be required to pay the return postage cost for the item(s) in an unused, resalable condition.
