Placing an Order

  • Ordering on the Dipple Tipple & Co website is simple and secure. Simply find the products you like and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re ready to checkout, head to the cart and follow the instructions to place your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will deliver your order to your address in the timeframe we promised.

  • We follow all required security measures and best practises to keep you safe. You can trust that when purchasing from Dipple Tipple & Co, you’re secure.

  • Yes. Anybody ordering from our website should be at least 18 years of age in the UK. Doorstep ID checks are carried out by our delivery partners to make sure that your order is accepted by somebody of legal drinking age. This helps keep everybody safe.

  • All of the products on our site have been tried and tested by our team of Tipplers. We like to share tips of how best to enjoy all of the products we stock; from serving suggestions to cocktail ideas, Tippers’ Tips will help you enjoy your order even more!

  • All of our spirits are taste-tested and come from the very best British producers. If you’re looking for gift ideas, our Tipplers’ Top Tips come highly recommended from our team of connoisseurs.

  • Across our website, you will encounter the ‘Exceptionally Delicious’ stamp. This stamp highlights the products most loved by our team of Tipplers. Products earn the Exceptionally Delicious stamp after being taste tested by our entire team of tipplers – and only our favourites get this highly coveted award.


  • Right now, we’re facing the same challenges as every other small business; supply chain issues, delays with our delivery partners, and a rush of customers as we head towards Christmas.

    That’s why we’re advising that you may need to wait up to 10 days between ordering and your package arriving.

    Rather than reduce the range of tipples available on our website and limit your choice, we’re keeping all products in stock and advising extended delivery timelines.

    We hope to ship most orders sooner and will continue to keep all of our customers updated.

    And as always, your products will be sent to you in environmentally friendly packaging, carefully packed by hand by one of our tipplers.

  • If your order arrives broken, not as expected, or something happens in transit, we’ll work hard to put things right as quickly as possible. Simply get in touch with our customer support team and we’ll make sure that things are resolved without hassle or delay.

  • We’re sorry that your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe. In the first instance, our delivery partner will be best placed to arrange delivery of your order as soon as possible. If you still need support, you can contact our customer support team.

  • Yes. Anybody accepting an order will need to show valid UK ID (eg. a passport or drivers license) to prove their age to our delivery partner. This is to keep everybody safe.

Refunds and Returns

  • Notwithstanding defective items, we only accept returns of unwanted items under the following conditions:

    1. The bottle remains sealed and unopened
    2. The bottle is repackaged exactly as it arrived
    3. You make us aware of the incoming return within 7 days of your order arriving, by emailing our customer support team
    4. You pay return postage to the address provided by our customer support team

    Sorry, we aren’t able to accept any returns of unwanted items unless all four of the above conditions are met.

All of the products we stock have to pass our strict taste test, meaning that there is a waitlist for brands wishing to be reviewed. If you would like to submit your brand for consideration, please contact our sourcing team.

  • We’re happy to help no matter how big or small your order. Due to the small-batch nature of many of our suppliers, stock levels may be low on our website. If you’re looking to bulk order any of the products we stock, you can get in touch with our customer support team to have this arranged.
